MIS MAPAS | MY MAPS

Quiero compartir con todo el mundo aquellos lugares que para mí tienen un especial valor social, gastronómico y humano. Para ello iré incluyendo en estos mapas sus localizaciones, ordenadas en categorías según su actividad principal. Ojalá con nuestras visitas hagamos que estos proyectos se mantengan vivos muchos años. El criterio para recomendarlos es totalmente subjetivo pero todos tienen algunos rasgos en común: son negocios independientes, ofrecen productos de calidad y atienden bien a quienes les visitan.

 

 

I want to share all those places that have a special social, gastronomical and human value for me. I will include their locations in these maps, organised by categories based on their main activity. I wish our visits keep these projects alive for a very long time. The selection criteria is totally subjective but they all have some quality points in common: they are all independent businesses, they offer good products and treat their visitors with care.
