I traveled to Seville alone for a few days to experience the culinary scene. Aldara took me to a handful of the most exquisite and creative tapas restaurants in Seville. She was beyond informative, personable, and even more importantly, Aldara had personal relationships with each restaurant -- from chefs to the waiters. Her familiarity with the staff made for an unbelievably intimate and special dining experience at each stop. All of the restaurants we visited were within reasonable walking distance and had varying menus that were steep in culinary imagination. I would definitely suggest this and any tour with Aldara.
